RIGHT OF APPEAL

413.01                         Notification of Appeal Rights

Following the imposition of judgement of guilty, except upon a plea of guilty, except upon a plea of guilty, the court shall inform the defendant that he has a right to appeal. If the defendant requests, the Clerk of Court shall prepare and file a Notice of Appeal on behalf of the defendant. Appellate procedure in criminal matters shall be in accordance with the procedure set forth in Chapter 101.
