JUDICIAL PROOF AND EVIDENCE IN CIVIL CASES

208.01                         Standard of Proof

The party asserting a claim in a civil matter has the burden of proving the claim so asserted. In order for the claim to be proven it must be proven by a fair preponderance of all of the evidence.
