William Joseph Bobolink

William Joseph Bobolink, Indian name Awonabetung, which means Fog Mist, 86, of Grand Rapids, Minn., died Monday, Jan. 14, 2008. The funeral will be held at 11 a.m. Saturday at the Veteran’s Memorial Building in Cass Lake. A wake will begin after 4 p.m. today at the Veteran’s Memorial Building and will continue until the time of the funeral. Burial will be in the Sugar Point Cemetery in Battle Point, Minn. Military honors will be provided by the Leech Lake Honor Guard.
