Michelle Leigh Sigana

Michelle Leigh Sigana, 32, of Red Lake, MN died Monday, March 21, 2005 in Red Lake, MN at her home.

Funeral services for Michelle and Daryl “Dash” Lussier will be held together at 10:00 am, Saturday, March 26, 2005 at the Red Lake Humanities Building in Red Lake, MN with Rev. Pat Sullivan officiating. A wake will begin Thursday afternoon, March 24, 2005 at the Red Lake Humanities Building in Red Lake, MN. Interment will be at the St. Mary’s Catholic Cemetery in Red Lake, MN under the direction of the Cease Family Funeral Home of Bemidji.

She was born on November 10, 1973, in Red Lake, MN, the daughter of Carol Sigana. She was raised and educated in Red Lake, graduating from Red Lake High School in 1991. She was a stay at home Mom with her son Devon. In 2005 she started working for the 7 Clans Casino in Thief River Falls, MN. She enjoying going to the casino, and spending time with her son Devon. She and her companion Daryl “Dash” Lussier were together for years.

She is survived by her: Mother: Carol Sigana of Red Lake, MN; Step-father: Adrian Spears of Red Lake, MN; Son: Devon James Lussier of Red Lake, MN; Brothers: Ronald (Nonny) Sigana of Red Lake, MN, and Kevin (LaVette) Sigana of Red Lake, MN; Grandmother: Mary Jane Sigana of Red Lake, MN; and several Aunts and Uncles.

She was preceded in death by her Grandfather: Roman Sigana.
