Colleen Rae Johns, 38, of Red Lake , MN died Friday, April 6, 2007 at the Red Lake Hospital in Red
Lake , MN .
Arrangements are pending with the Cease Family Funeral Home of Bemidji.
Funeral Services will be 2:00 pm, Thursday, April 12, 2007 at the
St. Mary’s Catholic Church in Red Lake , MN with Rev. Pat Sullivan officiating.
A wake will begin 4pm Tuesday, April 10, 2007 at the Red Lake Center in Red
Lake and go until the
time of service on Thursday. Interment will be at the St. Mary’s Cemetery
in Red Lake
under the direction of the Cease Family Funeral Home in Bemidji .
She was born March 6, 1969 in Oakland ,
CA the daughter of Phillip and
Rose (Brun) Johns.
She grew up and attended school in Red
Lake , MN . She graduated from Red Lake
High School in May
1986. She joined the US Air Force August 1987 and worked as an Airplane
Repair Specialist and received an honorable discharge in 1989. She
attended college at Bemidji State University
and Northland Technical College
and received a B.S. degree in nursing. She worked as a Pharmacy
Technician and a Registered Nurse at the Red
Lake Hospital
and as a Community Health Technician through out the state of Minnesota . She enjoyed spending time with her son, family and
friends. She enjoyed taking her son and nephew to Twin games, movies, and
out on the lake. She also enjoyed golfing and going to concerts.
She is survived by her son: Matthew Dudley;

grandparents Frank and Philomene
Johns and aunts and uncles.
