Bi-CAP Head Start in Bemidji
Bi-CAP Head Start is available in Bemidji for families with
children ages 0 to 5 and first-time parents. Our programs
focus on child development, health, nutrition, parent
involvement and family services. We offer a variety of
class days, times, and home visits. Priority is given to
families who are residents of the Bemidji School district
area and who meet the income guidelines. For more
