Lussier wins $25,000 in Minnesota Lottery scratch game

      Thomas (Tom) Lussier of Red Lake, won $25,000 playing the Minnesota State Lottery Word Play Scratch Game.

      Lussier claimed his prize on March 5, 2004 and purchased the winning ticket at the Red Lake Retail Center in Red Lake.
