My Brother

My Brother-equal in the thoughts of fondness your strength carried us all
My Brother-you were always there before the calm of the storm
My Brother-you always put others needs before your own
My Brother-you’ve held a special place in all our hearts
My Brother-your are not dead but just have gone away
My Brother-I know we will meet again…

Aaron Leroy Clark was a man of strength, loyalty, and friendship.
I remember first meeting Aaron my sophomore year in Missoula Montana in the year of 1995, we never left each other side ever since. I had a strong bond with his family-his brother Brandon and mother Bonnie. Along with them he left a handful of friends who also loved him as much as I do.
I don’t remember the bad but remember all the good times we shared. The groupe, Jimmy Dobak, John Gregor, me, and of course Brandon and Aaron. We were all about the outdoors. The Missoula Valley was our playground. There was nothing we didn’t do all year around. Aaron loved all winter sports, all summer sports, and everything in between.
He pulled a lot of nice trout out of the Clark Fork and Blackfoot Rivers . I have so many stories that I will always keep close to my heart. The good times, even through the bad I always tried to be there for him too.
I really don’t know much about his family from Red Lakes , though my heart goes out to all of them. We have lost a great man and friend, Please don’t dwell on his passing-Please don’t remember the bad. If you know the man I know you know he was one hell of a descent man. He wasn’t my friend, he was my brother. I will miss him ever day and wish we could of kept in better touch after he left Montana .  I wish he would of had a chance to meet my daughter Emily and my wife to be Courtney, There was so much I would of liked to say to him but I know he can hear my prays from the sweet grass and sage that have and will burn for him.

Love you Brother-see you on the other side,
Jeramiah J. Pfaff and Family and Friends

Rest in Peace….
Aaron Clark
