The goal of LeadershipPlenty is to make civic leadership training available to everyone.
It is especially valuable for:
• Emerging leaders who want to work together for common purposes
• Communities that want tools to increase their capacity to achieve results
• Citizens from rural communities who want a local leadership program
• Established leaders who want to build a new set of skills and relationships
LeadershipPlenty is FREE and upon completion you will see improved communication, shared leadership, and community service strategies. You will learn skills that will help you at work, at home, and in the community. Participants are needed for three 2 hour sessions.
In addition to refreshments and cash card prizes at each training session, you will receive a ticket for each module that you complete. Those that complete the nine modules will be eligible for the grand prize drawings of a computer and more in each community. You must complete the entire training to be eligible for the grand prizes.
This is great opportunity for our Red Lake Communities but we have a deadline for completion of LeadershipPlenty by the end of the month. We need members from every community to come out and take part in these valuable trainings.
