MINUTES OF THE SPECIAL SCHOOL BOARD MEETING OF ISD NO. 38, RED LAKE, MINNESOTA, HELD ON MONDAY, NOVEMBER 22, 2004 AT 1:00 PM, AT THE ADMINISTRATION OFFICE.

MEMBERS PRESENT: Arnold Pemberton, Keith Defoe, Roy Nelson, Kathryn Beaulieu, Stuart Desjarlait, Superintendent, Stephanie Cobenais, Business Manager, Sherri May, Secretary.

Meeting was called to order by Chairman Pemberton at 1:00 PM.
