MINUTES OF THE REGULAR SCHOOL BOARD MEETING OF ISD NO. 38, RED LAKE, MINNESOTA HELD ON WEDNESDAY, NOVEMBER 17, 2004 AT 5:00 PM, AT THE ADMINISTRATION OFFICE.
