MINUTES OF THE SPECIAL SCHOOL BOARD MEETING OF ISD NO. 38, RED LAKE, MINNESOTA, HELD ON TUESDAY, MAY 27, 2004 AT 5:00 PM AT THE ADMINISTRATION OFFICE.

MEMBERS PRESENT: Arnold Pemberton, Keith Defoe, Roy Nelson, Kathryn Beaulieu, Dorothy Cobenais.

GUESTS AND DELEGATIONS: Carol Aenne, Chris Dunshee, Ramona Gehlert, Charlene Brown, Ruth Soukup, Tari Nelson, Marilyn Erickson, Greg Ferrin, Penny Marshall.

Meeting was called to order by Chairman Pemberton at 2:35 PM.
