MINUTES OF THE REGULAR SCHOOL BOARD MEETING OF ISD NO. 38, RED LAKE, MINNESOTA, HELD ON FRIDAY, APRIL 23, 2004, AT 1:00 PM, AT THE ADMINISTRATION OFFICE.
