A list of sex offenders that have failed to register has been complied by the Red Lake Department of Public Safety and Red Lake Public Safety Commission. Sex offenders are required by federal and tribal law to register regardless of the date of offense. Failure to register with the Red Lake Department of Public Safety may result in federal or tribal charges and fines.
The Red Lake Department of Public Safety and the Public Safety Commission is currently working on development of a website to make this information more accessible to community members.
