ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT
HUMAN RESOURCES
POSITION OBJECTIVES:
Under the general supervision of the Human Resources
Manager, is responsible to handle the filing and administrative duties for
Seven Clans Casinos Human Resource Department.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
v
Reads
incoming material and sorts according to file system.
v
Places
forms or other papers in files according to established file system.
v
Searches
for and investigates information contained in files, inserts additional data on
file records if necessary.
v
Retrieves
files and supplies information to authorized personnel.
v
Ensures
files are kept current for efficient record keeping.
v
Copies
records on photocopying machine.
v Type’s labels for new files as needed.
v Operates a variety of office equipment
including: personal computer,
typewriter, calculator, copy and fax machine.
v Types memos, correspondence, and other
documents using computer equipment.
v Conducts special projects as assigned
such as collecting data, preparing reports, etc.
v Maintains strictest confidentiality of
all records.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
It
is required the Administrative Assistant have at least a two year certificate
from college or technical school or equivalent with related experience preferred.
