Fly your Veterans Memorial Flag at the 2009 Red Lake Nation Independence Day Celebration

The dates to fly your flag will be July 7th, 8th, or 9th… It will be the responsibility of whoever wants to fly the flag to bring it to the Red Lake PowWow grounds by 9am for flag raising. Also to be at the flag pole when the flags are being lowered in the evening when it is time to retire the flag for that day. Also will need a brief bio on the flag so the MC can announces to the people who the flag belongs to…
