 F&B INVENTORY CONTROL CLERK

POSITION OBJECTIVES:

Under the general supervision of the Food & Beverage Manager is responsible to oversee inventory areas for Seven Clans Casinos.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Ø     Performs physical inventory in a timely manner to maintain accuracy

Ø     Manager and maintain inventory control processes and procedures on all materials and supplies

Ø     Perform receiving duties, to include verification of items received, vendor billing and proper storage.

Ø     Perform tracking activities, i.e., following up on status of back order items by contacting vendors.

Ø     Provide information pf parts availability or estimated delivery dates.

Ø     Prepares and forwards or filed documentation associated with assigned duties, i.e., purchase orders, parts and supplies usage logs.

Ø     Ensures storage areas are organized and maintained in a safe and clean fashion..

Ø     Reports and documents any observed safety hazards, conditions or unsafe practices and procedures to management.

Ø     Assist with purchasing of materials, supplies equipment and services for the operation of the casino.

Ø     Performs other job related duties as required.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

Must have previous inventory control experience, computer skills such as MS Word and Excel programs. Must be able to lift heavy objects and adhere to shop and casino safety policies. Must be able to work with a variety of people throughout the casino and must have good organizational skills; oral and written communication and interpersonal skills as needed.
