POKER ROOM SUPERVISOR
POSITION
OBJECTIVES:
Under the general supervision of the Table Games Manager
is responsible to oversee the protection and dealing of assigned Poker games
for Seven Clans Casinos.
DUTIES AND
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Oversees all activities on assigned games.
- Ensures proper standards and procedures are followed
by all personnel in accordance to the Seven Clans Casinos Poker/Blackjack,
Table Games Procedure Manual.
- Observes employees and game action on tables. Instruct personnel in the daily
performance of their duties and alerts Pit Boss to any problems or
complaints.
- Responsible for the Poker/Blackjack, Table Games accounting
process for designated tables including credits and fills. Ensures compliance with Player Tracking,
MTL and Title 31.
- Responsible to ensure timely service is provided to
all guests and responds to guests immediately.
- Ensures bankrolls are filled at reasonable levels.
- Keeps abreast on Poker/Blackjack, Table Games table
action to rate in accordance to established procedures.
- Responsible for overall game protection.
- Responsible for recommending opening/closing Poker/Blackjack,
Table Games tables and changing betting limits when necessary.
- May participates in the performance review of Poker/Blackjack,
Table Games personnel. Assists in
training associates.
- Maintains good rapport with
guests and associates.
REQUIRED
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Must have a minimum of High School Diploma or
equivalency, Recognized certificate from a Poker/Blackjack, Table Games Dealer
Course, Minimum of two years experience, must meet licensing requirements.
